I have returned from a glorious 10-days in the Scottish Highlands with the ultimate souvenir – laryngitis. When I made the cryptic comment that big things were coming in August, this wasn’t what I had in mind.

Asana is gearing up like crazy for the Work Innovation Summit in NYC where there will likely be lots of big announcements around their shift to Agentic Work Management. In anticipation, I’ve refreshed a few resources for you below.

I have also been thinking a lot about this shift to an AI-first model for the platform, and know a lot of people are feeling left behind or that the tool isn’t really for them anymore. For that reason, I have started to create specific content that I am calling Asana Minus AI for folks who still want to learn how to better use the platform but are not using the AI features. All of these will be posted in the (spoiler) Asana BFF Community.

I do not want to be blowing up your inbox every time I post a fresh resource or see something cool that Asana has pushed – I’d be doing it every day! At the same time, I also feel like there is so much happening in the platform that it may not be helpful to wait a whole month to share what’s new. For that reason, I am launching the Asana BFF Community, which is basically a dedicated feed where you can find my resource drops, upcoming events, etc.
