People have a lot to say about the new Asana Navigation and I really do not blame them. However, I felt like this is a good reminder to keep your eyes on the Product-Feedback channel in the Asana Forum! Voting for feature requests here is the best way to get platform changes.

Here are a few of the open requests people have made that you can vote on:

• - Change "Agents" to "Templates"

• - Add "Teams" and "Projects" back to navigation

• - Move "Inbox" and "Home" out of Work

• - Create separate "starred" view in navigation

  • - Move Teams under Work rather than People

  • - Move Forms to Work rather than Agents

Asana is doubling down on Asana AI and there's even more on the horizon. I've taken this as a sign that it is beyond overdue for me to update my Asana AI Enablement PDFs. Both PDFs are free and can be found at the links below.

Not everything in Asana needs to be deleted, and not everything should be kept. Here's a guide to knowing the difference between archiving and deleting, so your workspace stays clean without losing work you might need to reference again later.

If you're already using Asana to manage your work, there's a good chance you can track your NPS scores there too. This walkthrough shows you how to build a simple but effective NPS tracker using forms, standard rules, and portfolio formulas on the Advanced tier.

If you've ever wished you could keep your SOPs, meeting notes, and key links inside the same tool as your actual work, the Asana Note view is worth a closer look. No automations, no AI, just a built-in feature that makes your projects a little easier to live in.

If your request form automation still leaves you with a pile of manual cleanup, this one's for you. Using Asana's built-in rule actions (AI optional), you can go from a form submission to a fully built-out task with the right fields, assignees, and due dates already in place.
